MDS Pro Timesheet ("the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps nurses on the gomedrex.com platform track their work time. This policy explains what data the extension handles, why, and how it is protected.
Who this is for
The extension is intended for nurses and administrators of MDS Pro who have been issued an account. It is not a general-purpose consumer product.
What data we collect

| Account email & password | Entered when you sign in, to authenticate you with our service provider (Supabase). Your password is sent directly to the authentication provider and is never stored by the extension. |
| Your name | Shown in the extension so you can confirm you're signed into the correct account. Provided by our server; not collected from your device. |
| Time-tracking records | Task start/stop times, the notes you type for each task, and the amount of active time you spend on the gomedrex.com work site. This is the core timesheet data the extension exists to record. |
| Sign-in session | An authentication token is stored locally in your browser so you stay signed in between sessions. |
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your browsing history or the pages you visit. The extension only checks whether a gomedrex.com tab is open and focused — it does not read or record the content of any web page.
- We do not collect financial information, location, or personal communications.
- We do not log your keystrokes, mouse movements, or clicks. To keep tracked hours accurate, the extension uses Chrome's idle signal to tell whether you are active or away; it does not record what you type or where you click.
How your data is used
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To record, display, and submit your timesheet (tasks, hours, and on-site time) to the MDS Pro server so you and your administrator can review it.
- To remind you to clock in when you are working on gomedrex.com without an active task.
Your data is used only for the timesheet purpose above. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for any unrelated purpose, and we do not use it for credit, lending, or advertising.
Where your data is stored
Timesheet data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the MDS Pro server and its database provider (Supabase), where it is retained for payroll and record-keeping. Your sign-in token is stored locally in your browser's extension storage and is removed when you sign out.
Data sharing
Your timesheet records are visible to your MDS Pro administrator for the purpose of managing schedules and payroll. We use Supabase as a sub-processor for authentication and data storage. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time to remove your session from the device.
- You can uninstall the extension at any time, which removes all locally stored data.
- To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, contact us using the details below.
